At Waterjet Parts Australia, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
– Is factory sealed, unused, and in resalable condition
– Includes all original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll offer you the choice of a refund or exchange.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@waterjetpartsaustralia.com.au.
We’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you — provided the product has been:
– Stored correctly
– Installed correctly
– Maintained and operated in line with normal use and good industry practice
All faults must be reported in writing within 30 days of shipment to be covered under this policy.
No Exclusions
We currently allow returns on all products, including standard and custom parts, as long as the above conditions are met.
